About Tru Yoga:
Tru Yoga is an open and inviting studio located in Rochester's South Wedge neighborhood. We pride ourselves on creating a space where new students and expert practitioners alike feel welcome and inspired, and we believe strongly in making studio yoga classes accessible to all.
We are an independent yoga studio. We believe that yoga does not have to be intimidating or complicated. The Sanskrit word Yoga comes from the verbal root "Yuj" meaning to connect, join or unite. This implies joining or integrating all aspects of the individual - body with mind and mind with soul. At Tru Yoga we honor all of the reasons that our students come to their mats - whether it be for stretching of tight muscles, to compliment a sports activity, weight loss, toning, stress release or personal clarity.
Join us for this special workshop, then check out our weekly classes!
